About us

PLM A.S.B.L. (Parents and Learners Mondorf) was officially established on July 11, 2025, by a group of dedicated parents from the primary section of EIMLB. As founding members, we are all actively involved in the school community through our own children who are enrolled at EIMLB.

Why We Created This Association

The École Internationale de Mondorf-les-Bains serves families from many different countries and cultures. We recognized the need for a structured, legally compliant organization that could:

  • Enhance Community Life: Create more opportunities for families to connect and build
    lasting friendships
  • Support School Initiatives: Complement the excellent work of EIMLB's teams
  • Ensure Legal Compliance: Operate within Luxembourg's legal framework for school
    parent associations
  • Provide Transparency: Manage resources and activities with full accountability to our
    members

Our Main Objectives

COMMUNITY STRENGTHENING
We organize and support inclusive extracurricular events and activities that bring together learners, parents, and facilitators from all backgrounds.

INTERNATIONAL INTEGRATION
We facilitate the integration of international families into the EIMLB community, helping newcomers feel welcome and connected.

CULTURAL BRIDGE-BUILDING
We promote intercultural and linguistic exchanges that celebrate the diversity of our school community.

TRANSPARENT MANAGEMENT
We ensure responsible management of memberships, insurance, finances, and projects for the benefit of all students.

Our Legal Status

PLM A.S.B.L. is officially registered with the Luxembourg Registry of Commerce and Companies (R.C.S. Luxembourg F15062). We operate under Luxembourg law governing non-profit associations, ensuring full legal compliance and proper insurance coverage for all our activities.
